What You Need to Know

We here at Central Arkansas Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic accept most health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. However, you need to confirm we are providers for your specific plan. We will do our best to let you know if we are out of network for your plan.

For your first appointment, please bring any previous records or reports from other doctors, list of medications, and a photo ID.

ALWAYS bring your insurance card to your appointment. If we can not verify your coverage at the time of your appointment, the visit will be considered self-pay and either full payment or arrangements for payment will be required.

If you do not have insurance, please contact our office at (501) 327-3929 to discuss our uninsured policy. We will make an effort to work with you regarding a payment plan.

If your insurance requires a referral from your PCP, we need to have that referral by the time of your visit or we may not be able to see you. If we receive your insurance information prior to the appointment, we will do our best to let you or your PCP know.

Our office utilizes an Electronic Medical Record or EMR to keep track of your medical information. Due to requirements set forth by the government regarding EMR’s, this has resulted in more lengthy New Patient Forms. We recommend you print these forms and fill them out prior to your visit, and bring them with you to save time. If you have any changes to the existing information we have on file for you such as new medical problems, allergies, or medications. Please let us know during your visit.

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at every visit.
